The Process:
You will be sent a design brief to be completed before the design of your website begins. This covers items such as layout, navigation, style, and an overall feel.

We can provide you with content management software which means you can maintain some sections yourself. Or we can provide regular maintenance at reasonable rates

Getting your website live:

Plan your website: We walk you through the design brief and help you get clear on what you need. this is an important step and you should spend some time clarifying what you need.

Write the content of your website: Good content is very important, from both a marketing and a keyword/search engine perspective. Shel Design can provide you with referrals to some great content writers and resources for researching keywords for your industry.

Choose web hosting: Shel Design offers competitive web hosting rates (go to our section on Web Hosting) or we can upload your website to a web host of your choice (additional charges apply).

Monitor your site's statistics: You can see the traffic to your website and see which keywords are most effectively bringing customers to your site.

Maintain your website: One of the keys to an effective website is to regularly update your content - outdated information is a turn off for visitors. Shel Design can provide you with content management software to make regular updates yourself to some sections yourself or we can provide regular maintenance
